Order Processing Timeline:
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. Our order processing cutoff is 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after Friday’s cutoff will be processed the following Monday (or the next business day during holiday periods).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 4 to 10 business days.
Shipping Cost: Orders under $50 are subject to a 6.99 charge. Orders $50 and above are shipped free.
Express Shipping:
Delivery Time: 3 to 8 business days.
Shipping Cost: Orders under $50 are subject to a $4.99 charge. Orders $50 and above are shipped free.
Delivery Issues:
For shipments exceeding 60 business days in transit, please first verify your delivery information was entered correctly. While we cannot assume responsibility for lost packages, if tracking indicates a lost shipment, please contact our customer service with your order number for assistance with the carrier.
Order Processing Delays:
If your order hasn’t shipped within 10 business days (excluding noted delays), you may request a full refund or opt to have your order prioritized with a $10 store credit for the inconvenience.
